Dynamic Civic Report

Partnerships

Dynamic Civic Report considers collaborations that fit its civic-literacy focus and give readers a clear account of why a partner is present. A partnership does not buy control of independent editorial coverage.

Suitable collaborations

Possible arrangements include clearly identified educational or public-information projects, event or resource listings and relevant partner placements. A proposal should explain its purpose, intended audience, material involved and any commercial relationship. We may decline work that would confuse readers about who is speaking or what is being endorsed.

Partner placements

Partner links or placements may appear across the site where they fit the publication's subject. They will be labelled as partner or paid material, as applicable, so readers can distinguish them from independent editorial coverage. Placement does not mean that Dynamic Civic Report verifies or endorses every statement made by a partner.

Editorial boundaries

Partners may not dictate editorial conclusions, suppress criticism or make payment a condition of coverage. Any proposed collaboration must preserve a clear separation between the partner's message and the publication's reporting or explanation. Proposals are sent through the Contact page and are considered on their merits.

Our point of view

A decision is a process, not a headline.

We look past announcements to the roles, choices and records that give public decisions their shape.
